        REGISTRATION PERIOD - 1-2 YEARS.

General requirements to the Foodstuff packed for the transportation.  

      1. Foodstuff packaging should contain the following information:

      1) Name of the product;

      2) Quantity;

      3) Date of production;

      4) Shelf life of the food product;

      5) Storage conditions;

      6) Food product batch identification information (batch number, for example);

      7) Producer name and location.

Label of the food products for the retail should contain the following information:

      1) Name of the product;

      2) List of ingredients,

      3) Quantity;

      4) Date of manufacturing;

      5) Shelf life;

      6) Storage conditions, recommended by the manufacture. For the products, which change its property after the packaging opening, the conditions of storage in the opened package should be also indicated;

      7) Name and location of the Producer and the Importer.

      8) Recommendations and limits to use the product, including the cooking.;

      9) Nutrition value;

      10) Information about GMO content

      11) Unified sign, applicable on the market of CU members.
